Description
The Italforni TKB2 is a high capacity oven but this is narrower and deeper, it will hold 6 x 12" pizzas per oven deck.
Pizza capacity = 12 x 13" pizzas
- Mirror finish stainless steel front
- Twin deck oven with refractory brick oven base – will take 6 x 330mm pizza's per deck
- Oven dimensions – 660w x 990d x 150h.
- Top and bottom oven heating elements – each individually controlled
- Thermostatically controlled upto a temperature of 450'C
- Fitted with temperature gauge
- Fitted with interior light
