The Zanolli Citizen 9 is a high quality electric pizza oven which can cook and hold nine standard (12 or 13") sized pizzas at any one time.

Constructed out of stainless steel in Italy, the Citizen 9 has armoured plated elements which are located towards the spring mounted door. This placement compensates for heat loss and ensures an even dispersion of heat.

The floor of the oven is made from a thick, heat absorbent refractory stone. This traditional surface crisps up the base of your pizzas and is suitable to be cooked upon. Alternatively, the oven can also take pizza pans.

Other features include a temperature range of 0-400°C, electronic thermostat, variable heat controls, a large viewing window and heat resistant doors.
